Hello.
I approach design as both a practice and a responsibility — one that shapes how people understand information, navigate systems, and experience the world. I’m drawn to work that translates complexity into clarity, aligns people across disciplines, and builds trust through thoughtful visual and user experience design. What continues to fuel my practice is curiosity — the opportunity design offers to continually learn, ask better questions, and engage deeply with new ideas and fields.
As Associate Professor and Program Director of Graphic Design & Visual Communication at Thomas Jefferson University, I guide curriculum development, foster interdisciplinary partnerships, and lead studios that connect research, empathy, and real-world application. My work spans academic leadership, experience design, and collaborative initiatives across design, health, and community contexts — often focused on how people move through information, services, and learning environments.
I welcome thoughtful design collaborations, consulting opportunities, and speaking engagements.
